You must be 15 years of age or older to use VYBE. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement. Accounts found to be under 15 will be suspended immediately and all data deleted.
You must provide accurate information when signing up. Fake identities and impersonation are prohibited from the start — your account is yours and yours alone.
VYBE is built on real culture. You can be raw, opinionated, and unapologetically yourself. Talk your shit, debate passionately, share your work, build your community. That's what we're here for.
On politics: you can have a side, just don't make it everyone's problem. Keep it civil or keep it off the public feed.
Minor violations may result in a warning or temporary suspension. Severe violations — hate speech, impersonation, threats, doxxing, or illegal content — result in an immediate permanent ban with no appeal. You can delete your own account at any time through your settings.
VYBE does not actively monitor your private messages. What you say in DMs is between you and whoever you're talking to. However, if a message is reported for threatening behavior, illegal content, or abuse, we reserve the right to review it and take action.
Private messages are still subject to these terms. Using DMs to harass, threaten, scam, or abuse others can result in account termination.
Whatever you post on VYBE — photos, videos, music, art, text — you own what you create. By posting it, you give VYBE a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute it within the platform. We will never sell your content or claim ownership of it.
If you share content that isn't yours — a video, a photo, someone's art — that's fine. Just don't claim it as your own. Give credit where it's due. Taking credit for someone else's work is not allowed and can result in your content being removed or your account being actioned.
VYBE offers a Verified Badge for public figures, celebrities, creators, and brands. There may be people pretending to be you — but only one account is the real you. Verification makes sure your fans always know which one that is.
Verification requires a review process and is not guaranteed. VYBE can approve, deny, or revoke badges at any time. Any identity documents submitted for verification are kept strictly confidential and used only to confirm your identity — never shared or sold.
Impersonating a verified individual is an immediate permanent ban. If someone is impersonating you on VYBE, contact us and we will act immediately.

VYBE will offer monetization in the future — creator earnings, optional premium features, and third-party advertising. Any ads will be clearly labeled. Advertisers will not have direct access to your personal data. Creator monetization terms will be covered in a separate agreement when that program launches.
VYBE is provided "as is." We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or disputes between users. Content posted by users does not represent VYBE's views.
These terms may be updated as VYBE grows. We'll notify users of significant changes through the platform and update the date at the top of this document. Continuing to use VYBE after changes are posted means you accept them.
